Adirondack Rockware Bowl

Regular price $20.00
Growing out of ceramic artist Peter Shrope's interest in site-specific work, Adirondack Rockware is created in the mountains and made from the mountains. Each glaze the artist uses is not only 100% Peter's original recipe, but each also contains rock from the Adirondacks. That means that when you use these bowls you are literally touching a piece of the Adirondack mountains!
Peter Shrope is a potter who lives in Rainbow Lake. He works out of his home and teaches at the Saranac Lake-based art center, BluSeed Studios.
Note: Slight pattern variation in glazes is part of the beauty of ceramics. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
