Village Mercantile Shipping Policy
We work hard to keep delivery costs as low as possible and do our best to ship in-stock items out within 1-2 business days. Please note that placed orders cannot be cancelled, as we begin processing orders immediately. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for a full list of our shipping charges within the mainland USA.
Additional shipping surcharges may apply to specific oversized items. Any items that incur additional surcharges will be noted in the item's product description. All surcharges are in addition to the base shipping price of the total order.
We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally through our online retail store. For any international orders, please contact us directly at 518-354-8173.

Our Guarantee
We have made every effort to select products of the highest quality, but if for any reason you are not happy with a purchase, send it back and we’ll be happy to give you a prompt refund or exchange.
Need to Return Something?
If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Please just follow these steps.
1) Pack your return carefully in the original box, if available.
2) Include your shipping slip if possible. If it’s not available, include your name, address, a daytime phone number, and date ordered.
3) Include a note telling us the reason for your return and whether you’d prefer an exchange or refund.

Refund Details
Allow up to two weeks to receive your refund from the time we receive your package. In most cases, we will refund the original payment method. Gift recipients will receive merchandise credit.
